Angela Lewis

With over 30 years of experience, I am a seasoned executive, prepared by education and enriched by experience. I combine both a deep knowledge of human resources, coaching and consulting skills, competencies and abilities that support innovative and forward-thinking solutions for my clients. I am skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams, developing and revising strategies to ensure continued progress towards goals, as well as undertaking new and unique challenges while building and maintaining positive relationships within multi-cultural, and multi-generational environments. I have an excellent track record of partnering with my clients to support them in meeting and exceeding their overall objectives and goals. I utilize my versatility, availability, relevance and differentiation in developing unique, authentic, long term relationships with my clients based upon customized services. My value-added, specialized expertise includes a perspective that identifies and executes strategic solutions to individual and organizational barriers and challenges and facilitates client learning that results in improved effectiveness. I easily provide significant and meaningful co-created coaching and consulting guidance across geographical boundaries, delivering a new/non-traditional custom-made business model. I bring a unique breadth of business experience, a depth of exposure in many business methodologies and disciplines, and a passion for creativity and innovation. 

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and an Executive MBA from Washington University. I completed the Mentor Coach Coach Training Program and earned the designation as a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC). I am also a member of the International Coach Federation, the Gold Standard in coaching around the world, and earned the certification status of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Additionally, I am a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, a premier coaching platform serving leaders and executives at major corporations across the globe.
